Anything after the allotted time which is usually under 10 minutes is not a valid result. If the line was there before the ten minute time period than yes it's a positive  if it shows after that time frame than it is most likely an Evap.

I definitely see it but since it is outside of the time frame you can't be totally sure. Take another maybe a frer and read within ten minutes. Good luck and keep us updated!
