HELP!!! Gender reveal ?

We have 5yr old daughter and the pressure of having a boy is on Id be happy with either as long as the baby is healthy so my husband and I wanted to find out at the ultrasound privately but as the day gets closer Im starting to feel like we should wait until the gender reveal party that my best friend has so sweetly decided to throw us.  Idk everyone says wait and now I'm feeling Indeferent I could go either way. HELP!

I actually can't decide either! My husband isn't too excited about the gender reveal because he likes to be pretty private about things but my best friend really wants to do a party too. I think we may find out at the ultrasound together to share that moment just the two of us--but I'm so worried to hurt my friends feelings or disappoint her! Maybe we'll keep it our secret?

My husband and I will be finding out a few days before the party. We want to be able to enjoy the news ourselves before sharing it with anyone else. We have a son and everyone is convinced this one is a girl except me. I just don't want to have a preference bc we can't change what it is. I am just happy to be adding to our family 😊

I would find out in advance if you feel a slight preference for one sex over the other. You want to have time to process the results just in case it's not what you wanted.

My husband and I waited until our gender reveal w our second one. It was the biggest mistake ever! I ended up crying and making a horrible face when I saw blue balloons flying. We already have a boy and I really wanted a girl. I had no idea that I would be so upset! Now I hope to god my son never sees that video! I love him to pieces. This time my husband and I are finding out the gender before we announce.
