Can I just say how much I hated my belly band!! I'm a nurse and on my feet 12+hrs and thought a belly band would be so great...well it wasn't! Lol it pushed on my bladder the whole time and then you have to take it off to pee (ain't nobody got time for that)!!! I wish I would have used someone's first before spending money on something that I hate!! Not trying to discourage you but if you've got a girlfriend that has one, try it out first before you buy!!!
