Cycle length
Is anyone's cycle getting shorter as they get older? I used to be 28 days on the button then I hit my 30's and now it's 26 days (I'm 34) not meant to start AF until Wed but spotting today 😕 that would give me a 24 day cycle! I know it's normal for it to fluctuate but just get a little panicked that it's getting shorter !!
