Pads 24/7

Does anyone else not feel comfortable unless they have a pad on? I can not stand the feel of wet panties (from normal diascharge) and panty liners are annoyingly thin. Ive been doing this for 7 years (since I was 16) and I'm buying pads twice a month. When I first started my period until (12-15) I didn't have that issue. Idk if losing my virginity changed things for me but this makes me feel so weird and embarrassed.....
