When to take an ovulation test?

Today is the first day of my fertile window according to glow. Is it fine to take the ovulation test at any time during the day or is first thing in the morning best like with a Pt?

I usually did my opk strips starting a few days before my green window started, and a little later in the morning.  You don't have to use fmu.  When the line began to darken I tested 2x a day, stopped when I got a positive.

I did my ovulation tests a few days before my app told me I was supposed to ovulate. And when I get the positive opk, I usually did it the following day to confirm surge is over.

I read on many sites from different people that best time to take opk is not first thing in the morning like you would a preg test, but rather around late morning, like 11am which is when I took mine. And then I would take it again around 6-7pm.
