I have had trouble going to the bathroom since I've became pregnant. I'll be 8 weeks tomorrow. I haven't been for a few days now and I had to go today, it made my belly hurt and rumble, well when I was done I looked and Tmi there was blood on it and when I wiped there was blood on there (it did not come from my vagina, I made sure of that) and my right ovary hurt for a little but after. What could this be? Should I mention it to my doctor when I go back in 3 weeks?
