Milky CM & Sore Breasts

Hey everyone this is my first time TTC and I'm on cd16. I'm not suppose to get AF till the 10th of October and today I noticed my CM milky and my breasts are sore.... I BD at least 4 times after my last AF twice on my most fertile days. Is this possible Prego symptoms?
