Any advice for fighting migraines while TTC?

I suffer from strong migraines and I usually take Excedrin Migraine. I read that it's not safe to take anything with aspirin or ibuprofen. Any healthy tricks?

I've always had strong migraines all my life and I took Excedrin prior to pregnancy. The doctor said I could take Tylenol but that didn't help. I literally just dealt with the pain. I know this will sound weird, but I would apply some Vicks vaporub on my forehead and the stinging cool feeling would help me tolerate the pain. I also tried meditation or a relaxing shower while letting the water hit my head and massaging my head. I actually had less headaches while pregnant than I do normally and I think it's because I stayed very well hydrated. So drink plenty of water too.
