Ovulation after miscarriage

Is it possible to ovulate 10 days after the start of a miscarriage? I bled two days and my hcg was back to 0. I've been waiting for my ovulation pain- I had pain 10 days after but associated it with the miscarriage. Then nothing the day I should have ovulated. Then 6 days after the initial pain I had bad cramping for less than 12 hours- now some spotting after sex? Could I have ovulated early and could this blood be from implantation? We've been trying for so long I figured there was no chance this month.
