Pg test , any advice or thoughts ?

Hi , I am new to this since 2dpo I've been having twinges and cramps near ovaries . Ttc babe no 2 they have gotten worse and worse today I feel like I am going to come on , but still have 10 days till period is due . Crazy as it seems I took a test today , a cheap one it looked clear for a while but did say look after 8 minutes . I nipped out for the day and looked when I got back and this is what it had on it ? It's very smudgy and just wanted advice and thoughts .
