Rash...

So I'm visiting my grandmother/saying goodbye and all of a sudden my legs/ top of my feet start itching/burning really bad...and I have these lovely red bumps as well as really red bumps...my back and arms are starting to get rather itchy now too...I haven't had anything different as far as diet or medication goes...PUPPPS possibly? (I hope not) I have an appt tomorrow...any advice or suggestions to help with the hellish itching until then? I don't know if it shows up that well but here is a pic..
