Can I take anything?!

I have a horrible headache but I'm not sure what is safe, if anything!  Any suggestions would be great!!  Thanks ladies!

I take a Tylenol, then go take a shower then lay down with a ice pack. It really helps

Tylenol and an ice pack on the back of your neck. I often suffer from migraines and the ice pack really does wonders. 
Also a kind of weird thing that really helps is to lie down on the bed with a pillow under your head and have someone push down and hold with their palms firmly on your forehead for 15-20 seconds - for some reason the pressure of the push relieves the pain in your head.

Ice packs. Ginger ale and junior mints or tea. A small amount of caffeine helps mine. Make sure to ask your doctor if you have a pre-existing prescription for something: they might clear you to take it as a last resort! Mine did- but ice packs have been working for me and I'm trying my absolute hardest before taking anything
