Okay so I am a 17 years old girl I'm 5'3" and I weigh about 114lbs. I got my period for the first time when I was 12 but the budding of my breasts started when I was about 9/10 years old. I have really small boobs to the point where I don't even think I should wear a bra. I fit more into a 34A than a 32A, but I can also wear a 32B but it makes my boobs look so much bigger than what they are. I've been on birth control before and it only made my breasts grow a tiny bit. Do you think I am underdeveloped? Are there any tips to enhance the growth instead of just making them look big? I think I'm done growing but I'm not sure at all. Any recommended birth control pills that can enhance them? Tips? Advice?
