If you had a family history of hemeriging with birth would you do home births?

It would be between me and my midwife. I would go by her recommendation and my comfort level. If she recommended a birth center or hospital over home birth because I was higher risk, I would trust her judgement. If she was confident that I was low risk and could safely home birth (which is my plan when I become pregnant) then that's what I'll do.

I have a history of bleeding too much too fast during my periods and was put on bcp to control it. When I miscarried in August 2014 I went to the er after onky bleeding for 3 hours because I knew something was wrong. I had to have 1 unit of fluid, 1 unit electrolytes and 2 units of blood because I had lost so much by the time I got to triage that I passed doubt and got a concussion. I won't ever take a risk like having a home birth. Also what if something were to be wrong with the baby and it needed emergency surgery and you were 20 mins away from the hospital, what would you do if your baby died on the way there because you wanted to birth at home? I personally don't think home births should be allowed if your a certain distance from a hospital.
