Does it pay?

Long story short I struggle with infertility. However after I had my first pregnancy which ended in mc I started getting my cycles every 34 days like clock work, which has never happened. I went to see my new doctor a week or so ago and he said that from the Transvag. Ultrasound that I did in fact ovulate on my own this month (he said he could be wrong though)... again never happens but maybe twice a year. Anywho, I was suppose to get my period today and go in for blood work and a few other infertility tests (yay more testing...) but my period has yet to show. I have none of my normal tell signs of getting it (severe cramps and back pain)... I'm extremely tired but have insomnia so bad that the only way I could get any amount of sleep was taking an allergy med okayed by the doctor. I have had horrible mood issues... I don't want to say swings because it's been a constant I'm a straight up B lately and I don't know if it's lack of sleep or possible pregnancy thing? Does it pay to test right now or just wait and see if my cycle starts in a few more days or weeks even?
