Am I a lost cause?

My S/O and I have been trying to get pregnant since January. Still nothing. I get cramps a little while after sex but that's it. We have sex ALOT, we're just naturally sexually active. But its been so long that we've been trying and I just think I'm a lost cause. I haven't really wanted to resort to fertility treatments and all that.

It usually takes a healthy couple a year to conceive so I'd have to say no you're not a lost cause! 😊

9 months is nowhere near cause for concern. Once you've gone over a year, or longer depending on your doctors views, you can ask for some testing to check a few things fertility wise (ovary health, regular ovulation, clear fallopian tubes, etc). But as someone else mentioned, they say it takes HEALTHY couples a YEAR to conceive! And most of us end up taking numerous years, at that! Don't stress yourself out over nothing, it'll only make conception that much harder!

Took me 10 years. Can take a healthy couple up to a year - if you are concerned see your doctor to figure out what's wrong!

It took me and my husband 22 months with number one, and almost 4 years with baby number 2. I'm 7 weeks pregnant, so no, you're not a lost cause. We never did fertility treatments cause we couldn't afford them, and our insurance didn't cover them. We just kept trying. Don't freak out over 8 months, it'll happen. Good luck, and baby dust☺

9 months is nothing to worry about!! As my doctor says, you only have a 22% chance of falling pregnant each month so the fact that anyone does is a miracle in itself! Just keep trying 😀
