Confused with ovulation

A • TTC #1 have had 2 MCs 1 in May & 1 in December 2014 praying to hold my Rainbow baby one day x
This is my 2nd day getting flashing smiley face on clear blue dual hormone digital ovulation test so thought I would also use cheap of Internet but that is definitely negative wot do I go by?
