I'm on the pill and my period isn't due for another two weeks according to how many pills I have left. However, I've been getting these dull cramps kind of like a tummy ache and they range from all over (lower abdomen,sides). It feels like a sharp pain around my ovaries sometimes and I was just wondering if anyone could tell me the difference or a tell tale sign between implantation cramps and period cramps..
