Bright red spotting.. No pain?

This morning I woke up and when I wiped there was small bits of bright red blood.. I am not hurting at all... Should I be concerned???

How far along are you? If you are concerned call your doctor. I had this at about 5 weeks and cramps so I went to the er and everything was fine. My primary care said it's very normal early in pregnancy. They said to come back if I went through more than a pad an hour and the spotting turned into bleeding or worse. I would try to lay low and rest.
