Cycle day 20

I'm so confused!!! I got my first cycle on September 10th and it ended fully on the 15th. I can't believe that I haven't  been tracking our times together..lol I'm always on top of my cycle! Anyway we've been really active so yesterday I decided that I better mark it all down after I had a dream that I told my hubby we were expecting our third child!!! The dream startled me so much that I took an ovulation test even though it looks as though I ovulated between the 24-25 abs I got a second line hardly showing. This morning I wake up to dark blood (no clots) when I wipe. I'm totally confused and feel so irresponsible..any advice or personal stories?
