If they feel like shit I keep them home. I don't want to go to work feeling sick so I don't send mine to school feeling like shit. We snuggle and watch movies.

Sore throat and dizzy would be the two reasons, low grade fevers my son doesn't even act differently, and his pediatrician always says it's a good temp fever to burn out the infection, since infections thrive in regular body temp. But dizzy and sore throat point to something sinus related, and those heal quicker with rest, fluids and some alternating salt water gargles and breathing warm misty air.

Too much chance they could share it. And why would they want to go to school like that anyway?
