Plan B side effects

I took Plan B 34 hours after having protected sex, probably didn't need to but just as a precaution because we thought the condom may have slipped a little. I took it at 10:40am yesterday and I ended up experiencing diahrrea and vomiting around 10:45-11pm last night. I've taken it before and felt nauseous but never actually vomited, should I assume that 12 hours was enough time for it to have gotten in my system or do I need to take it again?
