Is there any side effects while taking prenatal pills ?

Other than them possibly making you nauseous if you take them on an empty stomach and possible constipation from the iron, I don't think so.

So, I'm on a whole slew of vitamins,
​including prenatals. I've been super nauseous and have had GI pain everyday. I recently cut out my "Up&Up" brand prenatals and the nausea has mostly gone away.... Check the ingredient list on your prenatals if they are making you sick and maybe try a diff brand? There were certain ingredients that were making me sick. Switched over and have been feeling better.
