Anyone know tips to get contractions going.
So at 4 am my waters went I went to hoptail to get checked and they let me come home because I'm not having contractions only having back ones. They said if no change then I have to go in tomorrow at 7 to get induced. I really don't want to be Induced ): any tips on getting them started?
