Vasectomy reversal..

So some of you know about the whole vasectomy reversal, if not just check my previous posts ... I just wanted to ask if there is something I need to know, what to watch out or does he has to take some vitamines.. My husband wants kids so bad. I know that. But I can't talk to him at all because he's stressing about it, he's afraid it won't work out.. I don't wanna bug him for now.. so maybe you guys where in that situation and can give me some advice
