Hubby rarely talk with baby

Hello ladies, I am 15 weeks pregnant, my hubby is excited for baby but he very rarely try to feel baby, very less talk with inside baby!! Sometimes I feel bad 😔 he says that baby doesn't know whether we are talking with him or not .. Is it too early to expect him to talk with baby ??? Or what?? Pls advice 😫
