Okay here we go again, a few days ago my support manager told me and another co worker to count some items in a few boxes ect. Well another support manger lets call her debbie, was irritated because we were doing this and not stocking shelves, and kept making comments and kept talking about how no one every throws freight and kept going on talking aboit it to anothet employee, we ignored it got it done and went on our way.

Two days later i came into work and was in the backroom, well a co worker came in crying histricically crying and couldbt stop i was comforting her as she is pregant, and walked her out to her car. So she could leave, a whole 5 minutes, my s.m. knew about it well debbie had other plans and told my other support that that was my first break. And debbie made sure everyone knew, and i was standing right there her words were that was her 15 break.

Well i ignored it again, went and watered tge flowers well i left a water trail and was mopping it up and she walked by laughing and pointing at me.

When i told debbies boss he pretty much brushed it off like whatever. Now my question is should i call higher up, im getting tired of being picked on, it makes it hard to do my job
