my period ended September 19th, i took a second day pill and now im bleeding, is this my period or am i just bleeding bcus of the pill?

Im really scared cus i cant be pregnant im only 17 but the thing is that things have been complicated when it comes to protection in sex bcus we kinda gey out of control, u know this is no excuse but still i need your help.

Since i took the pill we have been having sex and thats what is scaring me bcus im afraid i got pregnant after u took the sevond day pill and this might be some kind of sign.
