I hurt !! :/

I don't know if this has anything to do with labor but on the right side of my upper back I keep getting this pain like stabbing back pain and it keeps going all day long almost. I have had this pain for a few days even if I sit a different way I still feel it and the only time I don't feel it is when I'm asleep. Could this be something serious or just pains from being pregnant?

I'm 37 weeks and 1 day pregnant.
