We are just 5wks 4days along and it's hard to still have a 'social' life without giving yourself away. We've had one night out with friends - we arrived early and talked to the bartenders letting them know our little secret before everyone else arrived - if a shot was ordered the bartenders did an excellent job of making a believable looking  n/a version and made sure that specific shot made it to me. With that said I had a lot of fun and it felt good to be out but it was hard hiding it! Halloween is coming up and it's our favorite holiday! Friends are already talking about heading out and I'm not comfortable telling them yet... sounds like I will make myself the DD. anybody else having a bit of a hard time with this part? And I'm not complaining about being pregnant at all I'm so excited and happy! Just kind of a bummer that the miscarriage scares have us all hiding...
