is this normal?

so my cycle is about 23 days long... usually my periods last for about 6 days. i have a pretty heavy flow but my period’s generally slow down by the 4th day. my current period came 11 days early. today’s the sixth day and it’s still extremely heavy - a lot heavier than usual. i’m constantly changing my pads and it hasn’t slowed down whatsoever. does anyone know if this is normal?

and yes, I was sexually active after my last period ended, but could t still be a miscarriage if the previous period had ended a week and a half before?

it's not every hour, thankfully. I'm in and out of class all day so I usually change it about every three hours and it's pretty much soaked by then.

How fast are you soaking your pad? Every hour? If so contact your doctor or get to an urgent care!

We're you sexually active this cycle? It could be a very early miscarriage.

If not, it could just be a wonky period due to a number of factors like increased soy intake (it's in a lot of things your wouldn't expect!) Or stress, vitamin deficiency, or just your reproductive organs being weird.
