There is hope

I'm on cycle day 42, AF was due 9-21 and have had 4 BFN. But I'm slowly having symptoms... Hot flashes, irritability(to the point of wanting to cry), not wanting to eat much and gagging on vitamins and teeth brushing. My sister is 6 months pregnant and she got a BFP on CD 49... ANY INSIGHT???
