Constipation.

I'm 18weeks and I have been dealing with constipation for a week. My doctor has told me what all to take. Last night I took a enema. Today I'm in so much pain it hurts to move.. I was advised to do another enema and if the pain doesn't go away to go to the ER and have them give me another enema.. Any of you guys going through this??
