Embarrassing help!?!? 22 weeks

I'm pregnant with baby number 2 and due in February. With my first I don't remember much of a issue until after but never this bad. I am having pee accidents from little drops like normal to lots of pee. This is every time I sneeze, cough, laugh, and sometimes just move. Anyone have this?? Advice? Thanks ladies!!

Kegals! The pelvic floor weakens with pregnancy and child birth so with your second child it can be even worse. Practice pelvic floor exercises and transverse abdominis exercises. Also make sure to empty your bladder completely and when you feel the urge to go, GO! Don't try to hold it.

Well I don't have advice but I have the same problem so you aren't alone! I'm just under 16 weeks though and today when I sneezed I full on peed my pants! 😳... Normally it's just a little dribble if I cough or sneeze but not today... It was the whole shabang! I didn't even feel like I had to pee before... Not cool. Also, I have an incompetent cervix so my doctor recommends I don't do kegals during my pregnancy... So looks like just keeping clean undies and pants with me at all times is the way to go. Lol I'll gladly piss myself for my baby though. 😍

I agree with what she posted... Also watch out for urinary infections because mine got worse when I had one.

Oh god. So happy I'm not alone. Had morning sickness yesterday and full out peed on the floor from the pressure of vomiting. Thankfully was at home! Pads during the day has kept me sane, but buying them makes me cry still. The embarrassment is huge.
