I had hip pain with my first pregnancy. Get a tennis ball and place it in the ground and roll your hip over the ball. It's terribly painful at first but it helps!

I googled this yesterday because I needed some relief! They don't hurt when I'm not "using" them, but when j stand to walk, I end up waddling because they hurt to move!

My hip pain is awful, although I had an osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) last Friday and I'm feeling much better. I'm hopeful I will get more relief with more treatments.

Yes it's usually when I'm walking a lot but my job requires it so I pop a Tylenol and go on with my day. It sucks though it really hurts

I have been having this the farther along I get, in 25 weeks now. I have to have a pillow between my legs now, and I put the edge of one under my belly when I lay in my side. It's helped a lot.

I'm looking into one of those wrap around pregnancy pillows, my big might not like it, but I hardly get any comfortable sleep.

Yes I had them this past weekend. I tried to relax and sleep with a pillow between my legs. I also had my husband massage me and it eased the pain.
