In a mobile home is it safe to have your 3yr old on the other end of the trailer?

Its 3 bedroom two rooms are close to each other the other one is on the other end of the trailer. Its a 14 by 80.. I need a room for baby number 2.. it will be in our room for a while. Atleast 8 months just like our first.

Gotta do what you gotta do. It just makes me nervous having a kid sleep that far away..but that's just me!

My kids sleep upstairs on the other end of the house 🤷‍♀️ They’re 2 and 4 and they’re perfectly fine. 3 is plenty old enough to sleep a few meters away in another room and come get you if they need you. Get a baby monitor if it makes you feel better but I don’t think it’s needed

Think of it this way, would you rather have your 3 year old across the trailer or your newborn? Honestly I'd rather have my newborn closer, safer that way.

Our two year old sleeps on the opposite end of the house as us, I'm still not 100% comfortable with it because of so many reasons, but I check on her at least 3 times a night.
