I stopped taking the pill about a month ago. I was on the pill for about 6 years. I started my period yesterday and it was just like how my period used to be before ( cramps, back hurting, sleeping way too long, heavy flow) I started birth control, but today it's been like it was the last day of my period. Is this normal for my first period after getting off of birth control?
