Going to a wedding that was only a reception after a courthouse marriage that would served pizza for food, had a dj, and was somewhat outdoors,  a Halloween theme as well(costumes welcomed and bridal party wearing costumes that fit with black dresses and tuxs)?

Listen. My SIL had a courthouse wedding then just went back to her house and everyone grilled out. 
Her a her husband wore these shirts. lol it's your day! Show your personality (but I wouldn't wear a funking gonuts shirt)

I think ur wedding is ur wedding and as long as ur happy with it and the end result is a happy marriage go for it! I think it sounds unique and like everyone will have a good time!

Its the person wedding so they can do what ever they like and if i dont like it i just dont go but why would i do that that would be ignorant and stupid

It's their wedding, so it's whatever they want to do! If the reception is Halloween theme dress though, I would expect food and decorations to be kinda Halloween too. Lol. Pizza says more office party than wedding celebration to me. (My office either orders pizza or has Willy's Mexicana cater, which is why that was the immediate thought lol)
