Feeling faint????

Question

I was at work for only a hour an my vision went blur an m body felt really faint, I had to sit down, couldn't stand another minute or I would of fell...what could that be???

I actually fainted at about 12weeks along and at first I just got hot,sweaty,felt like I was going to puke big time...next thing I know my husband is patting my face asking me what happened?! Idk ?! You tell me right? Lol anyway I did go to the ER because upon walking after the first episode, I fainted again... It was low blood sugar and slight dehydration, twin mommies need to be drinking like a gallon of water a day and eating small meals frequently...not to mention I literally carry water/snack in my purse now everywhere just in case I start feeling weird, I'm now 16weeks.. that used to happen to me too, i never knew if it was low sugars or low blood pressure or what.  i didnt mention it to my doctor, i figured its my body going thru something drastic as havin twins  lol.  i just made sure i sat down if i was at work and ate a snack or i lay down if im at home. i would tell him if i actually faint or if any other symptoms arrive along with it.  i dont get it any more tho.  i just get a bit fatigued or slightly light headed if i stand still on one spot and it can be for barely a minute. but it doesnt get any worse tho. it goes away as soon as i start to move and walk around again. i think its a bit strange but then again us twin mommas go thru some weird stuff sometimes ive noticed.  :-)

Low blood pressure or low blood sugar...mention it to your doc...keep them informed.

I did that one day shortly after getting to work. Not sure if BP or BS causes it but she said its normal. I didn't fall so I was ok I got super hot sweaty felt really nauseas like I said as gonna be sick tried to go to bathroom everything went grey and I sat down outside the bathroom door it was scary but luckily only happened once
