TMI pic* implantation bleeding or uti?? Or??

So glow hasn't been accurate with my period/ ovulation so by guessing & cm I think I ovulated about 7 days ago. Ever since yesterday, I have to pee CONSTANTLY. I can't really go more than 2 hours without peeing. This morning I jumped out of bed and ran to the bathroom, then when I stood up to wipe (thinking I was done), I started leaking!! This is so not normal for me, I'm pretty good at holding my bladder. So now, the past 4 times I've gone to the bathroom and wiped there has been spotting like this. There's no blood in my urine or in the bowl, just when I wipe. I read that it could be a uti, but what do you guys think? I'm so confused!
