Coffee ice cream??

I have a serious craving for anything coffee and I hated it before pregnancy and i was told not to have too much caffine, but then I was like what about coffee ice cream? That shouldn't have as much caffine... Right?

I wouldn't be too hung up on the coffee rule. One a day is OK!

There is more caffeine in coffee than espresso, so I've traded my daily cup of coffee for a latte. I still get that coffee taste with a little less caffeine. 2 oz espresso = 80 mg of caffeine vs 8 oz coffee = 120 mg

I drink 1-3 cups of coffee a day, most days...

If it's the flavor you're craving, there's decaf, and plenty of coffee flavored candies that probably don't have caffeine at all!

I love coffee. I let myself usually once but sometimes twice a week indulge in a cup of coffee. I don't drink any other caffeinated drinks beside the coffee on those days.
