Trying something new 😁😕

Me and my partner been TTC since May and sad to say ,  we've had no luck . I was told by doctors that I have " ovarian cysts and endometriosis " so it's difficult to conceive. ..😖 but I recently started taking prenatal pills ,  3x daily and having sex as regular as possible... Maybe 4x a day 🙈 ... I'm just wondering does the pills actually work , do they help make you fertile  or is it q myth ? 😕
