Sleep aid while pregnant ?

I have really bad ansonmia, and extremely bad fatigue throughout the day . What do you guys take for sleeping ?

Unisom is safe while pregnant. My doc has me taking a small dose of it for my severe nausea/morning sickness. it's an over the counter sleep aid but also has the side effect of easing nausea.
