Sex advice

Me and my boyfriend tried having sex today. He was eating me out for 30minutes and I wasn't that horny(just a little bit). And when we tried putting his D inside me, it wouldn't go in because I wasn't horny and I wasn't that wet. Its been a month since we had sex. What should we do about this? Could this possibly mean that I have a low sex drive?
