Soda?

So can we drink soda because it has caffeine and I was told not to drink coffee...

I'm not drinking caffeine or aspertame during my pregnancy, so I have switched to regular sprite.

I don't drink soda at all, it has a lot of sugar in it and that might cause problems with the glucose. You don't want gestational diabetes I messed up on baby #3 and ended up borderline. Not fun.

My doctor said on caffeinated beverage a day was fine it's all about moderation. I however choose not to drink any caffeine until more towards the end of my pregnancy.
