HELP? BEST WAY TO GET OVER BREAKUP???

Hi, I've been in a relationship with this guy for over a year. And now he's moving to a different state and thinks it's best if we break up. He's leaving because of family issues.. I'm really upset and hurt. He's leaving me behind and it's hard to rebuild my life without him.
