The other night while at work I had the sudden urge to pee (mind you I can normally hold my bladder, but the last few weeks have been another story) and it didn't hurt or sting to pee at all, however afterwards my lower stomach and back were in so much pain I could just barely walk. It hurt so much to be standing and I was getting extremely winded from even just talking. I've considered it could be a UTI but I had one a few years ago and I didn't have back pains or get winded. It happened to me again today, just no where near as severe. Any ideas what it could be? I don't know that it matters but I am sexually active with my boyfriend. Although we have been together for so long, I still get checked regularly and last time I went I had no stds and that was only about a month ago.
