Restless arms!!!???

I've been woken up the past three nights with restless arms and it is driving me bananas because I can't go back to sleep for, hours sometimes... Hence why I'm writing this at 3:47 A.M. ugh! Anyone else experiencing this? I'm about to rip my arms off and try to wing this second child armless!!!!
