I went for my first ultra sound yesterday and found out I have uterine fibroids :( . The doctor said that they are not harmful but it could be what has caused my miscarriages in the past. I did find out that my baby is healthy at 8 weeks and had a heartbeat of 158, but it still makes me very nervous about having a miscarriage! My mom also had them when she was in her 30's and had to have a hysterectomy because her uterus was full of them. I am just hoping to get through this pregnancy with a healthy baby. Has anybody else had them or have them, and how did everything turn out?? I am just really nervous!
